How it works

Sign up and add your properties. RentReg generates a compliance checklist based on your property’s amenities — hot tub, gas appliances, swimming pool, solid fuel stove, and so on. Upload your certificates and the platform tracks expiry dates, sends email reminders at 60, 30, and 0 days before expiry, and shows a live RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status for every document. When everything is compliant, you can generate a verifiable PDF compliance certificate with a QR code for guests to scan.
