RAG compliance status explained

Every document tracked in RentReg is assigned a Red, Amber, or Green status. Green means the certificate is current and not due for renewal soon. Amber means the certificate expires within 60 days and renewal should be planned. Red means the certificate has expired or is missing entirely. The dashboard shows the aggregate RAG status for each property at a glance, so you can immediately see which properties need attention.
