RentReg is free

Is RentReg really free?

Yes. Every feature is free, with no trial period, no subscription and no card needed.

How does RentReg make money?

RentReg is free for holiday let owners and property managers. We earn a referral fee from our partners, such as insurers and trusted tradespeople, only when you choose to use one of their services. You never pay us anything, and we only share your details with a partner when you ask us to.

How many properties can I add?

Up to 10 properties on your free account. Managing more? Contact us and we'll set you up.

Do you guarantee compliance?

No, compliance remains your responsibility as the property owner. RentReg provides tools, guidance, and reminders to help you stay on track, but we do not guarantee compliance. We are working on a fully backed compliance and insurance product, which will be launching soon.

What compliance items are tracked?

RentReg helps you keep track of the key compliance items for holiday lets, including gas safety, fire risk assessment, EICR, EPC and PAT testing, plus amenity specific checks such as hot tubs and log burners.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All documents are stored securely with encryption. We take data protection seriously and comply with UK GDPR requirements.
