Is there really a 7-day free trial?

Yes. You get a full 7-day free trial to explore all features. Your card is collected securely via Stripe at signup, but you are only charged after the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

How many properties can I add?

Up to 10 properties on a single subscription — whether you have 1 or 10, you pay the same £5/month or £50/year. No per-property charges, no hidden fees. Need more than 10? Contact us for portfolio pricing.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch billing cadence at any time from pricing or settings. Stripe applies proration automatically if you change mid-subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time, and you won’t be charged for the next billing period.

Do you guarantee compliance if I’m a member of the platform?

No, compliance remains your responsibility as the property owner. RentReg provides tools, guidance, and reminders to help you stay on track, but we do not guarantee compliance. We are working on a fully backed compliance and insurance product, which will be launching soon.

What compliance items are tracked?

RentReg tracks all mandatory compliance requirements including Gas Safety, EICR, Fire Risk Assessment, EPC, PAT Testing, and more. Plus amenity-specific requirements like hot tub safety and log burner certificates.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All documents are stored securely with encryption. We take data protection seriously and comply with UK GDPR requirements.
