Where you are a Consumer, nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms shall be interpreted subject always to your statutory consumer rights, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where you are a Business User, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and you agree that you use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
